Shipping policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Please allow 1-24 hrs to receive access to download your product if you do not receive access within this time period or experience any issues please contact us for assistance.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified. Depending on a number of factors, including which shipping option you choose at checkout, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 7 business days  (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy or the Shipping chart above.

Gratilion Grove  is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

Depending on what shipping options you choose at checkout it can take up to 17 business days to receive your order. Please make sure you pick the shipping option that is best for you as we are not able to cancel or modify orders once they are place because we begin processing them immediately.
